• Using the Services for lawful business purposes

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

3.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

3.2 Refund Policy

We may offer a money-back guarantee where stated on the website. Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services

5. AI Call Handling & Limitations

While our AI system is designed to be highly accurate, it may occasionally:

• Fail to reach certain contacts or systems

You acknowledge that no AI system is 100% error-free and agree to monitor critical communications as needed.

6. Data Usage

By using the Services, you grant us the right to process, store, and analyse information necessary to operate and improve the AI Employee, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, AI models, and systems remain the exclusive property of SGM Systems. You may not replicate, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Fail to pay

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behaviour

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, inaccurate AI responses, business interruption, or indirect damages.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
